The Homebuyer Dream Program (HDP) is scheduled to open Monday,
February 9, 2026, offering eligible first-time homebuyers up to $30,000
in down payment and closing cost assistance through participating local
banks and credit unions.
Participation in HDP requires completion of a Home Buyer Education
class. Our upcoming classes meet this requirement and provide the tools,
guidance, and one-on-one financial coaching needed to confidently
navigate the homebuying process. We can connect you with one of our
local participating financial partners when you’re ready to explore
mortgage options.
